"Before using kynet I had used one of the large internet providers for Essentially Silvers online presence. During this time I had become increasingly frustrated in the clumsy tools to edit the site and their automated answer phone service. I knew there had to be a better way and thankfully when I found kynet I knew I was right.

Jai and his team have really made it easy for us to get going with our online ambitions very fast. We have only been using the service for a few weeks and already are close to launching our site with several hundreds of products. The admin tools make light work of populating and managing the site and there are some great features to help us make the online experience of our customer's first class.

"We had been in negotiations with several web design and hosting companies. However they all seemed to talk in techno babble. We wanted someone who would not over promise, but would over deliver, who would produce what we wanted, not what they thought we needed. Our main criteria was an easily negotiable site.
We discovered Jai and his team, and never looked back. We knew instantly that they were the company for us. The template that was produced, allowed us to do just as we pleased. If we made mistakes, they were our mistakes. Even though the control panel is incredibly easy to use, we still made the odd error, but Jai was, and is always there whenever required, I am sure he sleeps at his PC!! No matter what our problem, issue or request he gives good honest advice and has stepped in several times to rectify our errors.
